奶油香蕉薄餅 Banana Pan Cake
今天不用上班, 也不用去畫畫, 有多點時間,做了個 Banana Pan Cake 作早餐,味道吾錯喎!
材料
Ingredient:
面
粉 一杯 1 cup Plain Flour
牛奶
一杯 1 cup Milk
香蕉 1只 1 Banana
雞蛋 1只 1
Egg
做法 Method:
1. 先將面粉牛奶搅拌均匀,再加入鸡蛋拌匀.
Mix the flour
with milk first, then whisk in the egg.
2. 香蕉切片加入面漿. Cut
the banana into thin slices, add into the mixture.

3. 中火熱平底锅, 加入小許油, 倒入兩湯匙粉漿, 粉漿變硬, 反轉煮一會便可上碟. Heat up the pan with little oil over medium
heat, pour in about 2 table spoon of mixture, cook until the top is set and the
cake is golden, carefully turn over the pan cake and cook for 20-30 second, the pan
cake is ready to serve.
4. 吃時加上花生醬,
蜜糖, 果醬 或 奶油, 其味無窮 !
Eat with peanut
butter, honey, or jam, or even condensed milk, so yummy!
