近年來人人都喜歡吃健康食物,我想吃蕃薯乾或果乾比吃糖果好。
These days everyone loves healthy food, I think to eat “dried
sweet potato” or “dried fruit” as an alternative snack for lolly is much wiser.
蕃薯乾做法 How
to make Dried Sweet Potato:
1.
將蕃薯去皮、切片。
Peel off the sweet potato skin and cut it
into thin slices.
2.
蒸8-10 分鐘。
Steam it for about 8-10 minutes.
3.
排放蒸好的蕃薯片在焗爐架上,調焗爐温度於攝氏100度,

2-3 小時便成蕃薯乾。
Place the sliced sweet potato on the oven rack,
set oven at 100 degree C, heat for about 2-3 hours until the potato slices
become dried.
4.
蕃薯片涼却後便可入瓶。
Let the dried sweet potato cooled down and then
put in a jar.
5.
可放置在陰涼地方或放入雪櫃內。
Stored the jar in a cool place or in the
fridge if you want to keep for a longer time.
做果乾跟做蕃薯乾差不多,
只是不須要蒸熟水果。
