People are not willing to spend,

Banks are very cautious to lend;

Retail business is so quiet even on big sale,

Customers in shops are not on scale;

Many companies start to cut off staff and expense,

Our company too, and the working environment is so tense;

Everyone wants to know who will be in the lay-off list,

If this time lucky, may be in the next;

What can you do?

I am afraid not much so!

Blame the Government brought in the Carton Tax,

Which accelerates the cost of living to the max!
