豆沙窝饼 (Red Bean Paste Pan Cake)
材料
Ingredient:
1.红豆沙溶 (1 罐) - Red Bean Past (1 tin)
2.鸡蛋1只 - 1 Egg

低筋面粉
1 杯 - Cake Flour 1 cup
或 4/5 杯面粉 + 1/5
杯面粉 (or 4/5 cup plain flour + 1/5 cup corn flour)
4. 水 2/3杯 – Water 2/3 cup

倒面糊入平底锅. Pour the flour mixture to
the pan.
3. 把红豆沙溶铺在面皮上,包好,再饭煎至皮脆,或者放油锅里炸脆.
Place some red bean paste on the pan cake, wrap it properly.
Add little oil to the pan, and put the wrapped pan cake back to
the pan to make it crispy.
