材料 Ingredient:

1.红豆沙溶 (1 罐) - Red Bean Past (1 tin)
2.鸡蛋1只  - 1 Egg
3. 低筋面粉 1 杯 - Cake Flour 1 cup
  4/5 杯面粉 + 1/5 杯面粉 (or 4/5 cup plain flour + 1/5 cup corn flour)
4. 水  2/3杯 – Water 2/3 cup

做法 Method:

1.     將低筋面粉, 水, 鸡蛋, 調成面糊.
Cake Flour, egg and water mix well.
2.     倒面糊入平底锅.  Pour the flour mixture to the pan.



3.  红豆沙铺在面皮上,包好,再饭煎至皮脆,或者放油锅里炸脆.
Place some red bean paste on the pan cake, wrap it properly.
Add little oil to the pan, and put the wrapped pan cake back to the pan to make it crispy.
