Exercise



No matter what age you are at
Suitable exercise is good to burn your body fat
Everyday half an hour is good enough
Do not set your programme so tough

A quick walk which makes you sweating
It is better than running
You can do this yourself easily
You must keep this consistently

Some people prefers swimming
This is good as your whole body is moving
You must do this regularly
It does not help if only occasionally

Do not over doing the exercise
You may get hurt before you realize
Many people overlook this
Ended up to see the physiotherapists!
