Ham & Celery Muffin



Ham and Celery Muffin

Ingredient:
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
1 cup (100g) grated tasty cheese
¾ cup (100g) cubed ham
¾  cup finely chopped celery
2 spring onions, chopped
2 tbs sp chopped parsley (optional)
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tb sp mustard


Method:
1.       Pour the flour into a large bowl,  add in the next 5 ingredients (grated cheese, cubed ham, chopped celery, chopped spring onions and chopped parsley), and mix well. 

2.       In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk and mustard.

3.       Tip the egg mixture into the large bowl, then fold everything together, taking care not to over mix.

 
4.       Spoon the mixture into the muffin pans which have been coated with oil.
 
5.       Bake at 200 degree C for 13-15 minutes, or until centres spring back when cooked.
